The Antwerp Symphony Orchestra has created a special Business Seat package with our corporate customers in mind.

It includes:

  • A personal VIP welcome
  • Hospitality in our exclusive Vitra Lounge
  • Concert tickets (best seats in the house)
  • Programme booklets
  • An open bar before and after the concert and during the interval in the Vitra Lounge
  • Parking voucher
  • A staffed VIP cloakroom
  • A meet & greet with the conductor, soloist, or selected musicians
  • Packages are available for a minimum of 2 guests

Price per person: €68-€259 (excl. 21% VAT) for the 2021-2022 season, depending on the concert chosen. If you would also like to host a reception, a standing buffet or a seated dinner with your guests after the concert, feel free to contact us. The Antwerp Symphony Orchestra Business Circle

The Antwerp Symphony Orchestra Business Circle brings together leading individuals from the business community in Antwerp and Flanders. Their annual contribution helps us accomplish our mission: to be the leading symphonic orchestra of Flanders, moving and inspiring as many people as possible by bringing them top-level concert experiences.

Advantages of Business Circle membership

  • Invitations to four special concerts and accompanying events per season: our New Year’s Concert, Season Preview, Season Finale and our magical Thank You event exclusive to Patrons and Business Circle Members
  • A starter package including 4 Business Seats
  • A 10% discount on additional Business Seats during the 2021- 2022 season to allow you and your guests to enjoy the concerts of your choice
  • To ensure maximum flexibility, you can transfer Business Seats not taken by your guests to a concert on a later date, thus optimising your hospitality budget
  • An open bar before and after the concert and during the interval
  • The option of inviting your guests to join you in the Vitra Lounge
  • Your name featured in our season brochure and on the website
  • Your name featured in each concert’s programme booklet
  • Follow in the orchestra’s footsteps with our exclusive trips
  • Absolute priority when booking concert tickets for consistently sold-out events (including the Opening Gala and New Year’s Concert)

The contribution for one year of Business Circle membership is € 4,615* (excl. 21% VAT). As a member, you enjoy all the benefits for a period of 12 months. *Contribution fee for all members who join during calendar year 2021.
