Rajmund Glowczynski studied viola at the Fryderyk Chopin Conservatory of Warsaw and at the Hochschule für Musik in Detmold with Nobuko Imai. He won prizes at the viola competitions of Elbing, Posen and Isle of Man. He received a stipend from the Apple Hill Chamber Music Players in the United States. After being associated with the Düsseldorfer Symphoniker and the Chopin Academy Orchestra, he was engaged as the second soloist viola with the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra.
