Velvet Seats

Would you and your guests like to enjoy our concerts entirely care-free? This is possible with our ‘Velvet Seats’ VIP package. These are available for groups of two or more and include a comprehensive package with:

• A personal welcome
• Premium-tier seating
• Programme booklet
• Access to the business lounge (before and after the concert, and during the interval)
• Open bar with a selection of wines provided by wine merchant Moniez
• Parking voucher
• Post-concert meet-and-greet with the soloist and/or conductor

Whether it is an enchanting film concert with a live soundtrack, a festive and glamorous Gala, or the grand sounds of Gustav Mahler: experiencing a concert together means sharing emotions and creating lasting memories. The business lounge and other stylish spaces  offer the perfect opportunity to chat with your clients or business relations in an informal setting afterwards. Based on your wishes and needs, we will gladly put together a bespoke programme for an unforgettable evening. For example, you can combine your concert visit with:

• a walking dinner in one of our stylish spaces
• an exclusive introduction to the concert
• a behind-the-scenes tour
• Or feel free to enquire about the many catering options available for your concert evening.

For a selection of concerts, you can reserve the choir stalls – the seats behind the stage – as Velvet Seats. From this spot, you will experience the concert from a unique perspective: the seats offer a perfect overview of the stage. The audience gets a close-up view of the subtle interactions between the conductor and the orchestra. This package includes all the benefits of the above VIP arrangement.

The Antwerp Symphony Orchestra's Business Circle brings together leading figures from the business community in Antwerp and Flanders. Thanks to their annual contribution, we are able to fulfil our mission: to be Flanders' leading symphony orchestra, moving and inspiring as wide an audience as possible with concert experiences of the highest standard.
