The Antwerp Symphony likes to give its audience the opportunity to (re-)discover some of the most beautiful ‘home- grown’ compositions. Enjoy the wonderful orchestration of Paul Gilson’s La Mer, be moved by the solo of our first cello Marc Vossen in August De Boeck’s Cantilene after hearing his ‘hit’, the Dahomese rapsodie. Your curiosity will be rewarded with some wonderful music.
