Stella Chen

American violinist Stella Chen gained international fame following her victory at the Queen Elisabeth Violin Competition in 2019. She is acclaimed for her refined playing and technical mastery. Her debut album, Stella x Schubert (2023), earned her the title of ‘Young Artist of the Year’ at the Gramophone Awards. Chen performs worldwide, appearing with leading orchestras in prestigious venues.

In the 2026-2027 season, she will join the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra twice: they will close the summer together at the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, and Chen will be the featured guest with the orchestra during the annual Elisabeth Week, conducted by Chief Conductor Marc Albrecht.
